Yes - You've to choose this as part of your application. Main interview locations are basically in India.

Questions about the recent developments at my native place? I've been living outside my native place since quite a while so wasn't upto date with the recent developments.

Why I choose the time and schedule of the interview...I choose 3 AM my time since remote interviews are conducted according to India time and I had some prior commitments.

It's really tough for Indian IT Male candidates to get in. School is trying to diversify and on top of that the school gets lot of indian IT applications. Try to build on extra curricular and entrepreneurial capabilities and showcase your talents other than academic and professional ones unless you've really done wonders in those two areas.
