Yes - Was given the option to interview on campus or over the phone. As usual, I was told that it all interviews are weighed equally no matter the interviewer or location.

1 - Was interviewed by a member of the admissions staff. I was scheduled to interview with one of the associate directors but the interviewer was changed at the last minute.

What was the most difficult question?:
|
The only difficult question was "If you could put yourself in your bosses shoes, what would you change about your company". I found this difficult for two reasons. One, it was the only question I had not prepared for and two, I felt I had to be careful not to "complain" about my company. I thought of two constructive suggestions and moved on.

I prepared responses for all questions and then practices conversationalizing them in the hotel room the night before.

Yes - The interviewer was providing positive feedback throughout the interview. No direct feedback at the end.

Yes - I think it's true what people say about finding a 'fit' for your personality. I think the Pittsburgh down to earth attitude could be felt throughout my visit. I prefer this to the cut throat attitude that can be found elsewhere.
