- You seem to lack leadership skills, how will you offset that? (This really threw me off. I sincerely thought that my apparent lack of leadership skills failed me. But I was accepted in the end)

Yes - The lack of leadership skills question was really scary, but keep calm and be yourself. It might just be a test of your EQ and how well you hold together under stress.

I stayed at the Best Western hotel. Very decent place.
