9) Why Kellogg? Here among other things I mentioned abt the 360 degree leadership assessment. So she asked a follow up question:-

12) What are your interests outside work? - Here I mentioned my love for aerial adventure sports - skydiving, parasailing, flying planes, paragliding etc. On that she remarked that I better have a good Health Insurance :)

Yes - It was a very conversational and relaxed interview. I had my resume in front of me (It was a phone interview). I referred to it a couple of times to ensure that I did not miss anything.

By rehearsing the standard questions, talking to a current student and researching on the internet.

No - The interviewer said before starting that she will not give any feedback at the end.
