Yes - I missed the initial interview match email in my inbox for some reason, so a week passed before I was aware of the interview match. Even though that means a tighter deadline, the interviewer was kind enough to offer me flexible interview dates incl. both weekdays and weekends.

Yes - my answers were very detailed, which may explains why I didn't get a large number of questions in the interview.

look at the previous questions in the interview feedback section, prepare answers to the most common questions, studied my resume and essays, read a job interview book and consulted w/my Accept.com consultant

very nice and friendly alumni. The actual interview only took about 30 minutes, the rest of the time was him answering my questions. He's a recent graduate and was very open and candid about his experiences at Kellogg. I felt excellent rapport with him and asked him a lot more questions than I otherwise would have.
