Consultant Profile: Alice Diamond
With 35 years of experience coaching students to clarify their career goals, research programs, and prepare dynamic personal statements, I have helped students gain admission to top medical, law, and graduate schools.
I recently retired from my position as Associate Dean for Career and Community Service at Lesley University in Cambridge MA, where I oversaw a comprehensive career development center serving undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni.
As a career coach, I have advised students who have gained admission to programs at prestigious institutions including Yale, UMass Medical School, Harvard, and many others. I have particular expertise in editing, resume writing and interview preparation.
I work with candidates applying to graduate school in a wide range of fields including psychology, social work, education, public health, public policy, expressive arts therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and environmental studies.
My academic background includes a B.A. in Psychology from Colgate University, an M.A. in Human Development from Bryn Mawr College, and an M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University. Helping students achieve their educational and career goals is the most satisfying work. I welcome the opportunity to support you and ensure your application is competitive for schools of your choice.
