And I found out today that I was admitted. :) I'm surprised about how quickly they got back to me, especially since I heard that they would be reviewing waitlisted applicants beginning in May. I didn't even have to forward another recommendation letter! I really appreciate your guidance in helping this happen. :)

You have done it again! First you get me into my L.L.M. degree at NYU and now you get me into the highly competitive J.S.D. degree! I just got home and found my admissions letter for the NYU J.S.D. program waiting under my door. I absolutely cannot believe it and could not have done it without your help. In all honesty, the day before the application was due I had completely given up on my personal statement and didn't have the motivation or desire to continue. Your spirit and perseverance (and what I can only assume was an all night editing effort) transformed my boring personal statement into a work of art that I was truly proud of.
You are actually the first person after my parents I thought of telling as you really have made my academic dreams come true. I am seriously considering calling my first born Jennifer.

I just wanted to write a quick note to thank you for your help during my application writing, and also to let you know that I was accepted at the Chicago GSB earlier today! Makes for a very nice Christmas present and it definitely takes a load off my mind!
