This agreement is between Accepted.com, LLC ("Accepted.com") and its clients. Unless the context requires otherwise, Accepted.com and/or its assigns shall be referred to as "us, we, or our" and you shall be referred to as "you or your."
1) You acknowledge that you will write all your essays and that you are responsible for all aspects of the essays, resumes, and/or other documents. Accepted does NOT write, draft, compose, or complete essays, and it does not “put notes together.”
2) You will not hold Accepted.com, its officers, editors, and representatives liable for any denied admissions to any undergraduate, graduate or professional program or school or any denial of employment.
3) We have made NO representations about what our service will do for your chances of admission to any undergraduate, graduate or professional school or program or for your chances of employment at any institution, corporation, business, or government agency.
4) Accepted.com disclaims any and all implied or express warranties, including but not limited to, the essays', resumes', or letters' fitness for a particular purpose and your fitness for any job or undergraduate, graduate or professional program.
5) You understand and agree to our refund policy, which is as follows:
- Accepted.com does not issue refunds for work already performed.
- We charge a one-hour, one-time minimum.
- For all hourly plans, Accepted.com will calculate your refund as follows: The Amount Paid – [Non-Discounted, Current Hourly Rate * Time]. “Time” is the time your editor(s) spent consulting with or editing for you. Time will be at least one hour.
- For all flat-rate packages, Accepted.com will calculate your refund as follows: 95% of {The Amount Paid – [Non-Discounted, Current Hourly Rate * Time]}. Please note: Accepted editors do not track their time on essay or school packages so “Time” will be an estimate, and the first essays always take the most time. However, Time will be at least one hour.
6) Individual, multiple school packages, and other packages including but not limited to the AMCAS, MD/PHD, masters, and Ph.D. packages must all be used in one application year. Use of these packages in years after the application cycle of purchase will result in additional charges.
7) Accepted.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
