I hope you're doing well. Wanted to drop you a line saying hi from Yale and to let you know my first few months at the SOM have been awesome! As you can probably imagine, it's been a whirlwind of academics/socializing. I'm now looking forward to finishing my core courses to hit the ground running on data science electives across the university. I feel like the flexibility offered by the SOM, and the general open-mindedness I come across here make it the best MBA for me.
My small cohort includes a Google software manager, a SpaceX mechanical engineer, a Goldman Sachs I-banker, several McKinsey consultants, a NASA executive, an active duty Navy Seal, a chess grandmaster, many incredible non-profit founders/managers, and everything. I was underprepared and felt lost when I first reached out to Accepted. Thankfully, Kelly was extremely easy to work with. Not only did she help me find the master's program perfect for me, but also gave me advices that helped me identify my short-term and long-term career goals.
